Bookkeeping health score
How healthy are your books, really?
Answer five quick questions about your QuickBooks file and get an honest read on your books — what's likely fine, what points to a cleanup, and what a free review would confirm. It runs entirely in your browser; nothing is saved or sent.
Your five-question health check
Rough answers are fine. "Not sure" counts honestly as a check that isn't confirmed.

Answer the five questions above for an honest read on your books.
How this is calculated — every number used
- Each question has one healthy answer: Yes.
- The score counts how many of the five checks pass — nothing else.
- "Not sure" is treated as a check that isn't confirmed, not as a pass.
- This is a self-check, not a diagnosis. A free read-only review confirms the real state of the file.
Why these five
What the checks mean
Each question maps to something a senior specialist checks first. Unreconciled accounts mean reports don't rest on real cash. A non-zero Opening Balance Equity balance means setup or an import left value parked in a temporary account. A stuck Undeposited Funds balance means deposits were recorded but never cleared to the bank. Books that aren't current, or reports that don't look right, usually mean a cleanup or catch-up is due.
Questions about the health score
How accurate is this score?
It's a self-check, not a diagnosis. It counts your own answers to five questions a specialist would ask first. A free read-only review is what actually confirms the state of your file.
Is anything I enter saved or sent?
No. The score is computed in your browser from your answers. Nothing is stored, and nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to book a free review afterward.
What do I do with the result?
If most checks are off, a cleanup is likely — a free review scopes it. If they pass, you probably just want a second set of eyes. Either way the review is free and read-only.
What if I'm not sure how to answer?
Answer "Not sure" — the score treats it honestly as a check that isn't confirmed. Not knowing whether an account is reconciled is itself a common sign a cleanup would help.
